Challenge

To change the work method of some teams to Agile methodology.

What was our approach?

We began by observing and getting feedback on how the teams did their work. When we understood the exact needs and characteristics of each team, we implemented changes organically using reference models like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Start-up, among others.

• Deployment of the first Agile teams in the company.
• Know-how for using tools, practices, and Agile work methods for continual improvement.
• The spread of these practices throughout the rest of Latin America.

My role

As an Agile Coach I assisted different teams in the implementation of specific practices and reference models so that these teams became launch pads for any future transformation.
