Challenge
To modernize the traditional way of developing financial software.
What was our approach?
We carried out a discovery process in which we used Design Thinking and Customer Centricity techniques to put ourselves in our client´s shoes and better understand the relation with the products and services of the organization in order to maximize value delivery. Accordingly, we began with delivery based on continual learning and agility at scale. This is how we organized the value- delivery oriented Agile teams that now develop the new software.
